COMMENTS
The Seaboard Building is a 10-story trapezoidal mixed-use property which includes bottom floor retail, 5 floors of commerical and 24 residential spaces. Initially the Northern Bank & Trust Company, the building is located in Westlake Park on the corner of 4th and Pike. The building was officially recognized as a landmark in 1989 and has since undergone residential renovations. In addition to it's charm and unique architecture, residents enjoy the location of being in Downtown's retail core.
