COMMENTS

The Alexandria is somewhat tucked away in the most northwestern area of Belltown. The great part about the building's location is that it's much quieter than those located on 1st Avenue. It's also directly across the street from the Seattle Art Museum's Olympic Sculpture Park. However, don't get excited about the new park protecting any potential views from this building. It only stands 5 stories and is level to the park, while buildings behind the Alexandria stand higher because of the steep hill between Western and 1st. The building has some charm since it was originally built as an apartment complex in the early 90's. You can expect to get more square footage for your dollar with these units compared to the majority of other buildings in Belltown which have more updated amenities and design.
